Cleveland, Ohio (January 29, 2013) — Michael D. Shroge, an award-winning attorney with Plevin & Gallucci Co., LPA, a prominent law firm in Cleveland, Ohio representing the rights of individuals in medical malpractice, personal injury and workersโ compensation cases, has been elected to a three-year term on the Board of Directors of the Cleveland Artists Foundation (CAF).
CAF preserves, researches, collects, exhibits, documents and promotes the significant visual art and architecture of Northeast Ohio. Founded in 1984 by Cleveland-based artists, patrons and collectors, CAF has become the premier center for the art of Northeast Ohio. Leon Plevin, a founding partner of Plevin & Gallucci, was among the organizationโs earliest volunteer leaders, serving for many years as its President.
Shroge is one of the most knowledgeable medical malpractice attorneys in Ohio. Prior to joining Plevin & Gallucci, he spent several years as a partner in a medical malpractice defense firm and as associate counsel for the Cleveland Clinic. He has repeatedly been named an Ohio SuperLawyerยฎ and has been recognized by his peers for leadership and professional achievement. He earned a J.D. degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
