Before joining Plevin & Gallucci, Esther practiced at a Columbus law firm where she worked on complex federal litigation, consumer protection matters, and foreclosure defense cases. That diverse experience strengthened her research, writing, and advocacy skills while reinforcing her commitment to helping individuals navigate difficult legal challenges.
Esther’s academic achievements are among the most impressive in the firm. She graduated magna cum laude from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, earning Honors and Distinction recognition. Her educational experiences also included studies in Shanghai and Beijing, providing her with a broader perspective that continues to influence her approach to problem solving and communication.
She went on to graduate summa cum laude from Capital University Law School, finishing in the top five percent of her class. During law school, Esther served on law review, earned nine CALI Awards recognizing the highest academic performance in individual courses, was inducted into the Order of the Curia, and served as a research assistant to Professor Daniel Kobil.
Beyond her client work, Esther has shared her knowledge with other legal professionals through presentations for organizations including the Columbus Bar Association and Ohio State Bar Association.
She is admitted to practice in Ohio and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Outside of work, Esther enjoys reading, gardening, active involvement in her church, and spending time with her husband, three children, and large extended family.
