Jennifer focuses her practice on workers’ compensation law, helping injured workers secure the medical care, wage replacement, and benefits they need after workplace injuries. Though legally blind since childhood, Jennifer has never allowed limitations to define her future. Instead, she has built a successful legal career through hard work, perseverance, and a commitment to helping others overcome their own challenges. Her experiences have given her a unique appreciation for the importance of independence, dignity, and opportunity, values that guide her work every day.
Before joining Plevin & Gallucci, Jennifer spent seven years representing clients in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. During that time, she developed extensive experience navigating Ohio’s workers’ compensation system and helping clients through the legal process.
Jennifer’s advocacy is grounded in the belief that every client deserves to be heard, respected, and treated as an individual. She understands that workplace injuries often create uncertainty not only for injured workers, but for entire families. Her goal is to help clients move forward with confidence while knowing they have an experienced advocate in their corner.
Originally from northwest Florida, Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Alabama before attending Capital University Law School. While in law school, she was a member of the mock trial team and completed internships with the State Employment Relations Board, the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, and the Ohio Attorney General’s Labor Law Section.
Those experiences helped develop the advocacy skills that continue to serve her clients today.
Jennifer is admitted to practice law in Ohio and remains committed to continuing education and professional development within the workers’ compensation field.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, reading, crafting, and enjoying the outdoors.
