Frank L. Gallucci III
Frank L. Gallucci III, principal of Plevin & Gallucci Company, L.P.A., is a nationally recognized trial lawyer based in Cleveland, Ohio.
When tragedy strikes, whether through a catastrophic injury, workplace accident, medical negligence, or wrongful death, clients need more than a lawyer. They need an advocate who can navigate complex litigation, challenge powerful interests, and relentlessly pursue justice. For more than two decades, Frank Gallucci has built his career doing exactly that.
As Managing Partner of Plevin & Gallucci, Frank has helped transform a small practice into one of Ohio’s largest and most respected plaintiff law firms. Under his leadership, the firm has expanded to offices throughout the state and recovered more than $1 billion on behalf of injured individuals, workers, families, and public entities.
Frank’s path to leadership began earlier than most. Following the untimely passing of his father, attorney Frank L. Gallucci, Jr., he assumed responsibility for the family law practice at just 20 years old. The experience shaped the determination, work ethic, and commitment to clients that continue to define his practice today.
Frank has earned a national reputation for handling complex and high-stakes litigation. He has represented victims and families in wrongful death, industrial accident, product liability, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injury cases. His work has also extended well beyond Ohio.
Frank served as co-lead counsel for Cuyahoga County in the first bellwether trial of the National Prescription Opiate Litigation, one of the most significant public health cases in American history. The litigation involved extensive discovery, millions of documents, and dozens of depositions. Through these efforts, communities across the country have recovered billions of dollars to combat the opioid epidemic. Frank continues to represent hospitals, counties, and municipalities in ongoing opioid litigation throughout the nation.
His accomplishments have earned widespread recognition. Frank has been selected to Ohio Super Lawyers multiple times, including repeated selections among the Top 100 Lawyers in Ohio and Top 50 Lawyers in Cleveland. He has been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers, Crain’s Cleveland Business, and numerous professional organizations for both his courtroom success and leadership within the legal profession and the community.
Respected by colleagues throughout the country, Frank served as President of the Ohio Association for Justice, the youngest president in organization history, and later as President of the Council of Presidents of the American Association for Justice. He remains actively involved in organizations dedicated to protecting the rights of injured individuals and preserving access to the civil justice system.
Frank earned his bachelor’s degree from Boston College and his Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, now Cleveland State University College of Law. In recognition of his accomplishments, he was named the law school’s Alumnus of the Year and later inducted into its Hall of Fame.
Outside the office, Frank enjoys spending time with his family, attempting to improve his golf game, and experimenting in the kitchen, often with results that taste considerably better than they look.
For clients facing life-changing circumstances, Frank brings a combination of leadership, experience, and determination that has defined his career and helped establish Plevin & Gallucci as a trusted advocate for injured people throughout Ohio and beyond.
