His combination of legal training, professional experience, and strong analytical skills allows him to approach each case with creativity and determination.
Before becoming an attorney, Michael built a successful career in operations, logistics, sales, and political campaign management. Those experiences strengthened his leadership abilities, communication skills, and problem-solving approach, all of which continue to benefit his clients today.
Michael’s legal journey began at Plevin & Gallucci as a law clerk, where he gained hands-on experience working with workers’ compensation and personal injury matters. He assisted with legal research, drafting, trial preparation, and client communications, developing a strong understanding of the challenges injured workers face.
During law school, Michael served as a judicial extern for United States District Judge Dan Polster. His responsibilities included authoring judicial opinions, memoranda, and sections of proposed orders, as well as research and analysis of case law, federal statutes, executive orders, and docket filings in a wide range of federal matters.
His legal writing abilities have already earned statewide recognition. Michael was awarded the prestigious Jeremy M. Burnside Memorial Scholarship by the Ohio Association for Justice for an appellate brief challenging the constitutionality of Ohio’s cap on noneconomic damages.
Michael also served as a research assistant for Cleveland State University’s Global Space Law Center, authored legal articles, participated in leadership roles within the Student Bar Association and Catholic Lawyers Guild, and was a pupil member of the William K. Thomas American Inn of Court.
Originally from Chicago, Michael earned his degree in Politics and History from Lake Forest College, where he also received multiple honors as a member of the football team. He later graduated from Cleveland State University College of Law.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and following his favorite sports teams.
