Papalardo has investigated, mediated, litigated, and settled many complex accident and injury claims involving tractor-trailers, commercial passenger transportation (charter buses, school buses, and taxi cabs), and medical transportation (ambulances and medical transport vans).
He has extensive insight into the legal strategies used by trucking firms and commercial vehicle operators, having served as claims counsel for a commercial transportation insurance firm and as a defense attorney representing trucking clients. He has successfully tried several jury trials and bench trials in first-chair capacity and managed cases throughout the nation involving such catastrophic claims as fatalities, bus rollovers, and pedestrian strikes.
Papalardo will handle trucking accidents, motor vehicle accidents, and workers’ compensation claims for clients of Plevin & Gallucci.
Prior to joining Plevin & Gallucci, Papalardo was a litigation representative, staff injury specialist and claims attorney for a large Cleveland insurance firm. Previously, he was an associate at a Cleveland defense law firm handling cases involving commercial transportation, construction liability, real estate transactions, professional liability, employment and labor litigation, workers’ compensation, and estate and trust litigation. He has presented many continuing legal education courses.
Papalardo is a member of the Ohio Bar Association. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in Cleveland, Ohio and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. He is an alumnus of St. Ignatius High School in Cleveland.
