Morgan Kelly
Morgan Kelly is an attorney handling workers’ compensation cases and advocating for injured workers and their rights.
Before joining Plevin & Gallucci, she was a staff attorney in the Civil Protection Unit of Capital University Law School’s family advocacy clinic. She represented over 300 indigent clients, focusing on domestic civil protection orders as well as working on divorce and child custody cases.
She has additional experience as a trial reporter at Sessa Capital IM, reporting on the civil litigation involving DuPont Industries in the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and as an associate attorney at Poynter Law Firm, LLC in Columbus. She also was a law clerk in the Franklin County Public Defender Office and served as a judicial extern for Honorable Judge Norah McCann King.
Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Strategic Communications and a minor in Political Science from The Ohio State University. She spent 10 weeks living with an Ecuadorian family in Quito while studying Spanish. She received her Juris Doctor with a concentration in Family Law from Capital University Law School.
She is a member of the Columbus Bar Association and Ohio Association for Justice.
Morgan likes to spend time with her husband and their two dogs, a bulldog and a yorkie. She also enjoys gardening, bicycling, and reading fiction.
